Before your appointment:
Please make sure to come to your appointment with an empty stomach (allow at least 2 hours).
Drink 32 ounces of water an hour prior to your visit.
Wear loose fitting clothing (depending on your treatment you may have some oil or clay residue left behind)
For Ice Facials, please make sure to have clean skin for your appointment
Drink the 32 oz bottle of water provided at the end of your treatment.
Workout for a minimum of 30 minutes (Cardio, HIIT, Weight lifting), sweat is good to help the release of toxins.
Eat a high protein meal post treatment and workout.
*Faja/Waist Trainers: Remember to wear your faja for at least 8 hours a day for optimized results.
In the days following your treatment make sure to drink lots of water, stay active and maintain a well balanced diet. Also make sure to drink the Oolong teas provided to you to help boost your metabolism and fat loss. If you have any bruising or tenderness, please apply the Arnica balm to help speed up the healing (Balms are available for purchase at your session).
